Returns are accepted with proof of payment within 30 days of the purchase receipt. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us for a refund approval number (returns cannot be processed without one). Please note refunds may take up to 7 business days, please also note that refunds (which are very rare!) do not include any shipping or handling charges.
