This is an absolute must have! I have this before eating a heavier or creamy dinner, and I actually feel like I enjoy the food more, with no tummy upset. I also take this when I am feeling too full and I feel completley better in under half an hour. I think this would be the ideal holiday supplement!

I absolutely love all the Sattva Soul Supplements but I have to say that Triphala is my absolute favourite- it really helps with digestion/bloating and especially if I'm eating late or a heavy meal- I just have a couple of these and it keeps moving along nicely!
